How the check works

    Satellite plus ground reports

    GOES satellites watch the whole country every few minutes, including rural areas far from radar. In the US we add NOAA ground hail reports.

    A signal in seconds

    We match your address against satellite lightning, NOAA storm reports and our own archive of hailstorms.

    A report for your claim

    If there was a storm, order the certified report: map, satellite imagery, timing and a code anyone can verify.

FAQ

Can I send the free check to my insurer?
No. It tells you whether a report is worth ordering. Your insurer gets the certified report, which documents what the satellites recorded over your address.
Which dates can I check?
From 2018 up to yesterday. Today isn't complete in the satellite data yet.
How is this different from a free hail map?
Hail maps show swaths. This check looks at your exact address and date, and the report adds satellite imagery, NOAA MRMS hail size and storm reports in one verifiable document.
