What we collect
Name, email, role and, if provided, claim number, policy number and insurer; the location and date of the event; and the technical details of the order. Also your progress through the order form (the options chosen and how far you got), the approximate location of the visit (country and city, derived from the IP address) and the device type. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never store card data.

Why we use it
To generate and deliver your report, send order notifications, enable code verification and answer enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Who processes it
Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting and cookieless aggregate analytics) and Mapbox (maps), each under their own policies.

How long
The report remains accessible by its code for 12 months from issue. Order data is kept as long as required for tax and support obligations.

Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@skybridge-intel.com. Deletion may make the report no longer verifiable.

First-party analytics
We record, in our own database, how the order form is used: the options chosen, the stage reached, the time spent on each, the referring site or campaign, the approximate country and city of the visit and the device type. The IP address itself is never stored — only an irreversible hash. We use this to improve the form and, if you left your email, to help you resume an unfinished order. The detailed log is kept for 180 days. No advertising cookies, no sale of data.

Cookies and preferences
We use one cookie to remember the language, one first-party visitor cookie (skb_vid, 90 days) to recognise repeat visits, and local storage for form progress. We use no third-party or advertising tracking cookies.
