  1. 01

    Service

Skybridge Intelligence produces weather verification reports from public satellite data (NOAA GOES, EUMETSAT Meteosat, Copernicus Sentinel-2, NASA FIRMS) for the area, date and window you specify when ordering. The report is independent technical evidence and is not an expert opinion or a damage determination.

  2. 02

    Order and payment

The price is computed from the catalogue in force at the time of payment (base report, additional hazards, add-ons and surface surcharge) and charged via Stripe in the currency of the country where the analysed area lies (USD in Argentina, the United States and the rest of Latin America, BRL in Brazil, CAD, MXN, EUR or GBP). In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Mexico the price includes VAT; in Brazil it includes the applicable taxes. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.

  3. 03

    Delivery

The report is published on a page protected by a unique access code (format SKB-XXXX-XXXX) sent by email. The estimated time is one day from payment confirmation, since every report is reviewed by our team of experts before publication, and may extend depending on load and selected add-ons.

  4. 04

    Refunds

The outcome of the report (whether or not it confirms the event) does not entitle you to a refund. We do refund in full if we could not generate the report due to an error on our side or lack of data for the requested area and date.

  5. 05

    Use and verification

You may share and print your report. The access code lets third parties verify its authenticity at skybridge-intel.com/verify. Do not modify the report: verification always refers to the version published by Skybridge.

  6. 06

    Data sources and licences

The report is a product derived from satellite data: it does not contain the original numerical data of its sources and may not be used to reconstruct them. Reports over Europe are based on EUMETSAT data under the EUMETSAT data policy: “This service is based on EUMETSAT Meteosat data 2026.” Sentinel-2 imagery: “Contains modified Copernicus Sentinel data 2026.” NOAA data are in the public domain (attribution NOAA/NESDIS).

  7. 07

    Liability

Satellite data has limited spatial and temporal resolution (for example, 2 km every 10 minutes for the geostationary imagers). Skybridge does not guarantee the report reflects everything that happened at ground level and is not liable for decisions taken solely on its basis.
